WiMax Poised for
Take-Off


WiMax technology creates super fast wireless connections to the Internet. For now, WiMax is geared toward computers in homes, offices and portable devices such as laptops. But a mobile version for cell phones will hit the market in a few years. Now that technical standards are being set, and products are being certified by industry experts, the sale of WiMax gear is expected to soar over the next few years.
