Coming Soon to Cell Phones: TV

First it was wireless calling. Then came mobile messaging, Web surfing, picture taking and even digital music. Before long, your handset will also double as a TV. One of the earliest mobile-phone TV networks, Qualcomm's (QCOM) MediaFLO, is due to be up and running in early 2007. Rival networks are expected to follow suit. The number of mobile-TV viewers may skyrocket to 130.6 million in 2010 from 500,000 last year, according to researchers at In-Stat.
