Tech M&As: Blasting Off


The M&A market is taking off again. The value of tech deals already has surpassed the number of deals in 2002, 2003, or 2004, and is poised to eclipse volume in 2001 as well. No one expects the market for 2005 to be as active as it was in the record-setting year of 2000. But investment bankers say they believe the current cycle is still in its early stages. There's always next year.
