Make Sims Not War

The Sims continues to be one of the most dominant franchises in computer gaming. Its new Open for Business expansion pack took the No. 1 slot in game sales in March, relegating Star Wars: Empire At War to No. 3, according to NPD. World of Warcraft, last month's second-best seller, slipped to No. 6.

Electronic Arts led publishers with a total of eight games in the top twenty, followed by Microsoft and Take-Two Interactive's 2KGames brand, with three apiece.
